Executive Coaching

Coaching can be extremely impactful for leaders at all levels of an organization, from managers and directors to vice presidents and c-suite executives. My particular brand of coaching is grounded in the belief that effective leadership is not just about performance, productivity, or authority, but also about self-awareness, emotional honesty, relational healthy, and the ability to remain level under pressure.

I help leaders and teams understand the human dynamics that drive conflict, burnout, avoidance, disconnection, and organizational dysfunction, while developing more sustainable and authentic ways of working together.

My work integrates psychological insight, emotional intelligence, systems thinking, and practical leadership development. I often work with highly capable, thoughtful leaders who feel overwhelmed by the emotional demands of leadership, are stuck in recurring interpersonal dynamics, or are disconnected from their values with traditional workplace culture. My goal is not to help people become more performative, but to help them lead with greater clarity, integrity, accountability, and humanity.

Consulting

My consulting approach is collaborative, psychologically informed, and tailored to the unique needs of each organization. Rather than applying rigid frameworks, I work closely with leadership teams to understand the underlying human, relational, and systemic dynamics contributing to organizational challenges.

Consulting engagements may focus on leadership team functioning, communication breakdowns, culture and morale, organizational change, conflict dynamics, accountability, burnout, or other complex issues affecting the health and effectiveness of the organization.

I approach organizations as human systems rather than machines to optimize. My goal is to help organizations function in ways that are more sustainable, psychologically healthy, relationally honest, and aligned with their values, while still supporting clarity, accountability, and effective performance. I bring both psychological depth and practical problem-solving to the work, helping organizations move beyond surface-level fixes to address the patterns that are actually maintaining dysfunction or limiting growth.
